Processes commingled baled scrap electronics housing into clean separated plastic molding compounds for reuse.
Our company has developed an automated plastics recycling process, which currently produces 2 million pounds per year of recycled plastics molding resins, from baled scrap electronics housings. Products produced, include separated and purified regrind plastic types of ABS, ABS fr, HIPS, and HIPSfr. Compounders and molders wishing post consumer recycled content plastics for their products purchase these materials and turn them into final products. Such products include ABS pipe, plastic reels, CD cases, pellet, toilet parts, and a host of other molded items.
RPI is a qualified downstream vendor in the provinces of Alberta, BC, and Quebec. Suppliers deal with RPI because they know their plastics are not shipped to China, Guana, and other under developed countries.
